Recent Work

My name is Brian Rivera and I am a creative director based in New York City. I specialize in branding & identity design but have experience in illustration, film, and music.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with many clients in different industries on projects of varying needs. The last 7 years I have had the privilege to grow the brand of an educational non-profit while developing arts based programming for teen aged youth with a focus on personal development and an emphasis on skill building for their future. Those experiences have allowed me the privilege to not only communicate with our community but also oversee the after-school education of thousands of kids. Our filmmaking program alone has produced over 200 short films winning many awards at festivals around the city.

My approach is simple; find elegant and efficient solutions, but most of all believe in your team. If we have the same goals, communicate clearly and respectfully, and use every ounce of ability we have, we can accomplish amazing things. This is true in design, it is true in education, but most of all true of everything in life.
